Sent the wrong way by a female member of staff in was forced to go through security a second time despite being cleared in Cardiff.
The airport security man then decided I had too many things in my plastic bag. The offending articles were a small shampoo and eye drops. He then threw another bag at me and told me to do it again as by now I was shaking and the bag had split slightly. Iv was sent away 5 times earth time becoming increasingly upset. Never have I been reduced to tears at an airport but I was at Belfast.
A lovely lady called Gabrielle was kind to me later and even gave me a small token to say sorry. But real damage was done today by 2 very harsh and bordering on nasty Belfast Airport staff. Thank goodness for Gabriel. - James Hughes Review added: 2018.03.13★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆It’s the same as every small airport. Practical but limited in options. Security is almost always limited to one or two open lanes so queues can get long very quickly.
