- Beth Poole Review added: 2018.06.27★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Ordered a Westhampton grey storage stool on 25/01/2018. Dispatched on 29/01/2018. Missed delivery from apc and after some difficulty in contacting the courier, the item was delivered a few days later. This was not the fault of the company, but the courier.
The interior lining is not a good quality finish, with bulging material where the stitching hasn’t been lined up correctly, but the external appearance is fine. The stool is a bit shorter than I would’ve liked for a dressing table and definitely over priced for the quality, but is otherwise ok.
I did contact White Lighthouse by email before ordering to request a fabric swatch for the stool but never got a reply. They only send a Paypal receipt for your order. Not good if you have a problem, but my experience has been ok.
