- paul cahoon Review added: 2018.09.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆between carillion and the housing executive I don't know who's worse.Two weeks to fix a radiator that was hanging of wall.Should have been a 2/3 hour job.Dont have a clue what they are doing and the communication between them and the executive is a joke,you have to phone one before the other for every little thing they have to do.If you can do yourself a favour and do it yourself or if you can afford it get a pro in to do it ,not these monkeys.
