  Hench is a good gym with good trainers. My experience overall was ok. Damien and Ciaran were the 2 coaches that trained me on a daily basis. I am a complete beginner to any kind of gym work. I will admit to getting bored with the plan. Each week became very similar. I have seen people make more progress with other trainers in Belfast.
  
  I did leave hench as I was not all that impressed with cost and results. I did learn enough about techniques and lifting but the groups started getting larger and this seemed hard for the coach to keep an eye on everyone. At the end of the day its a business so I understand wanting the business to grow and add more money. "Small group based classes" is what I signed up for but when I left last month there was 18 in my last 3 classes with 1 coach.
  
  I can see the below response from Hench. I can assure you I did attend and spent over 4 months at hench before leaving. Why question the legitimacy of a review when this is my own opinion. It is easy to disregard this as "fake" but I assure this is not the case.
  
  Sadly the review below from another user may be correct and maybe you cannot see past a bad review due to your arrogance. I will not he contacting you about my review as I don't need to. I will not be re-attending so there is nothing to "fix" here.
  
  Apologies if this review was not up to your "standards" but the experience was not up to my standards and overall not very positive, your response reiterates the fact.
