Even though the booking was made in person and my husband witnessed it being written into a diary, there was no reservation when I arrived.
Additionally, the Festive Afternoon Tea, for which we had a Gift Voucher, was "sold out" and we had some substitutions.
The food however was yummy, we seemed to be served by the manager, who was very attentive to us, bringing us top ups of tea and coffee; but the visit was slightly dampened by the initial issues experienced.
